Need help with a 13-C

I don't know sizes, but here are part numbers:

3514532 Upper Oil Line $48.50 Genuine Volvo
3514534 Lower Oil Line $74.50 Genuine Volvo
 
Diameter of the fitting that fits around the bolt for the fitting right above the oil feed.
 
washer size

The copper crush washer is part number 11994, and is 12mm ID x 16 mm OD which sets the constraint on what will work with the bolts on the turbo. However, The oil feed tube has a bump in the tubing diameter that bulges the ring out a little in the center so that diameter is probably a little larger than 16mm OD.
