940 Rear 1990 745 seats in a 1993 945T

I found a 1990 745 with a like new passenger seat and rear seat at a local PnP (The driver's seat was gone already, but found an ok 1994 944 driver's seat in the same material, no rips but dirty). No problem getting the passenger seat in in my wife's 1993 945, but looks like the back seat might not work.

Will rear seat fit with some modifications or is it a wash? Any ideas?

No, if won't fit. It is a completely different set up.

That's a bummer! Will the carpet set interchange? I may want to go get that since the car in the PnP is so nice.

The carpets will work. The cargo bay floor area doesn't really work. If you parked the cars side by side, you would realize why. The length of the floor piece that hinges up to allow the rear seat to be upright, or stow away is different. That's because the pivot point on the seat back is different pre-93 vs 93 and newer.
