So I purchased this driveshaft as part of my m46 swap for my 240. However now that I know a little bit more I am sure it is not an 240 m46 driveshaft.

Can anyone help me identify it.

The front of the driveshaft is about 24" long to the bearing.

and the rear of the driveshaft has a rubber guibo mount.

Thanks!

I suspect it is from a 740 m46. It is really long I don't think it would fit an m47 240.

Honestly its just a random guess though.

Anyone need an 740 manual driveshaft?

740 with Getrag 265 five speed transmission. 28 1/2 inches.

240 with M47 and it is 24 inches.

740 with M46 and those are 20 1/8 inches.

740 with M90 and it is 29 1/4 inches.

They are all guibo connectors to the tranny.
