The car will bounce more because the suspension isn't going to absorb the bumps as easiliy as before. That's OK. The bad kind of bouncing is when you hit a bump and the car continues to oscillate. If you hit a dip in the road and you feel the wheel follow that dip, and it settles out immediately, that's good.
Stock seats may also contribute to the feeling, but it's probably not that bad in an 850. In a 240, the stock seats have a mile of foam, so I would hop around in the seat quite a bit with the 400+lb springs on the front. With a fixed back seat that has thinner padding, it's not so much of an issue.
